Calculates heat of evaporation for water from air temperature.

Arguments

...	Additional parameters passed to later functions.
t	Air temperature in degrees C.
weather_station	Object of class weather_station.
height	Height of measurement. "lower" or "upper".

Value

Enthaly of vaporization in J/kg.
